Once your profile is approved and you have an active membership, it becomes visible to other members browsing or searching the platform. It is not indexed by search engines and is not shown to the public at large, only to fellow members.
Look for the Trust Verified badge; it means that member has completed our live video verification step. Every profile is also personally reviewed by our team before it ever goes live, which filters out a lot of fake or low-effort profiles before you ever see them.
The other member is notified and can view your profile, then choose to accept or decline. If they accept and you're still interested too, it becomes a match. If they decline, nothing dramatic happens; you're simply free to continue browsing.
Yes. Many members have a parent, sibling, or close family friend create and manage their profile on their behalf, which is entirely normal on DivineUnion. Just make sure the contact details used (email or mobile) are ones the member can access, since verification codes go there.
Yes, any time, through the full profile editor. If your profile is currently pending review, most sections are locked until that review finishes, except for Partner Preferences, which stays open. If you later make a significant change to an already-approved profile, it briefly goes back through review to keep everything accurate.
Open the profile in question and use the Report option, choose the reason that fits best, and add a short note. Our team reviews every report personally.
Your membership activates (instantly for card payments, or once your bank transfer slip is reviewed and approved), and you gain full visibility and the ability to send and receive interest. You'll also start receiving renewal reminders as your expiry date approaches.
No problem. You can sign up and log in using your email address instead. We'll guide you through confirming it via WhatsApp once the account is set up.
Your existing matches and interest history remain saved. However, your profile stops being visible to others and you won't be able to send or accept new interest until you renew.
No. Your photos are shown only to logged-in members with whom you have mutually matched, and they are watermarked to discourage misuse.
Yes, from your profile. Because your contact details are how we verify you, we'll prompt you to re-verify the new one afterwards.
It's reviewed by a real person, so timing can vary, but we aim to review new profiles promptly. If anything needs changing, we'll tell you exactly what and why.
You can do this yourself from your dashboard at any time, with a simple confirmation step. You'll be offered the chance to share feedback on your way out, entirely optionally.
