1. Overview
This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work on DivineUnion. Refunds are handled manually and reviewed on a case-by-case basis; there is no automated refund process.
2. How Payments Work
Memberships can be paid for via our payment gateway (card payment) or by bank transfer. Bank transfer payments are not activated until we have manually verified your payment slip. If you submitted a bank transfer request and it has not yet been approved, contact our support team with your payment reference and we will cancel it for you at no cost. There is currently no way to cancel a bank transfer request yourself from your dashboard.
3. Membership Terms
Memberships are for a fixed term and do not automatically renew. Access to paid features ends when your membership expires unless you purchase a new one.
4. When Refunds May Be Considered
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same membership.
- A technical fault on our part prevented you from using the paid features you purchased.
5. When Refunds Are Generally Not Available
- Change of mind after using the Platform’s matching or browsing features.
- Dissatisfaction with the number or quality of matches, or with the conduct of other members.
- Partial-period refunds for choosing to stop using the service before your membership expires.
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Bank Transfer Request
Contact support with your payment reference and the reason for your request. We review each request individually and will respond with our decision.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or, for bank transfers, back to the account used) within a reasonable time after approval.
8. Relationship to Our Terms
This policy supplements our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, this policy governs matters relating specifically to payments, cancellations, and refunds.
